Jeanne Nell, South Africa’s top track cyclist dies due to a tragic fall and sustained a fatal head injury during a keirin race at the Bellville Velodrome in Cape Town last night. Nell was also a former national sprint, time trial and keirin champion and was part of the men’s sprint team attempting to qualify for the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland later this year.
